Tawen is an independent Android app that reads supported records from Health Connect and turns them into a daily readiness score, calculated on the phone. It shows which signals shaped the score and marks any that are missing. The free app covers daily essentials; an optional one-time Pro unlock adds more history and reports.
Tawen is an Android app for people who already collect health data and want a simpler daily overview. It reads supported records — such as sleep, heart-rate, activity and oxygen data — that other apps write into Android Health Connect, and calculates a deterministic daily readiness score on the phone. The app shows the signals behind the score and labels unavailable ones. Too little usable data means no readiness score. On supported devices, on-device AI (Gemini Nano) can help write the daily explanation; otherwise a rule-based explanation is used. The free app includes the daily score, signal breakdown, an insight preview and seven days of history. An optional one-time Pro purchase adds full insights, 90-day history, weekly reports and widgets.
Tawen is built by Icemint LLC. The intent is a daily overview that respects the data people already collect — one number, the reasons behind it, and an honest “not available” when a signal is missing — without adding a new tracking routine, an account, or a subscription.
